    Unfortunately, eczema or atopic dermatitis is a huge disappointing condition in which your skin erupts into a painful, swollen, itchy red rash. The skin develops these symptoms by coming in direct contact with the allergens/irritants.     • Wheat
    Stress:
    Adults and children are likely to intensify mental or social stress. Stress can be due to mild common cold, moving to a new area, change in the environment etc.
    All these triggers can get your skin condition even worse. So, identifying eczema triggers is a great idea and also consult your dermatologist regarding the allergens you are allergic to.
